Return & Exchange Policy

At Payra Fashion & Boutiques, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to ensure a smooth and simple return or exchange process.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom orders, sale items, and accessories are non-refundable unless defective.
• Returns: Accepted for defective products only

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes, depending on stock availability.
• Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.
• Exchanges: Not accepted

Return Costs (Bangladesh)

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
